These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy apply to your access to and use of aiinteriorstudio.ai and any related features, services, and digital products (together, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by [your company name], trading as Staging AI (also trading as aiinteriorstudio.ai), based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

aiinteriorstudio.ai is an AI-enabled interior design platform that lets you create design transformations from your photos. These Terms explain the rules for using our website and services, and how we handle personal data.

By browsing, creating an account, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Platform.

1. Who We Are

aiinteriorstudio.ai is operated from Sydney, Australia. If you need help or want to contact us, email your company email.

2. What the Platform Does

The Platform enables users to:

  • Create an account and sign in via Google or email (through Clerk)
  • View and manage their account and credit balance
  • Upload photos and generate AI interior design images using a third-party AI provider (Decor8.AI)
  • Save and access generated images via Firebase storage

Account and usage data (including credit balance) is stored using services such as NeonDB and Firebase.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure

We may suspend or close accounts we believe are involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or misuse of the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass the Platform or the third-party AI services we integrate with
  • Use AI outputs for harmful, illegal, or offensive activity
  • Share, sell, transfer, or resell your account or credits

If these rules are breached, we may restrict access, suspend features, or terminate your account.

5. Credits & Payments

Image generation requires credits. Credits can be purchased using supported payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe.

  • 5 credits for $4
  • 25 credits for $18
  • 100 credits for $65
  • 250 credits for $150

Credits do not expire. Credits are linked to your account, cannot be transferred to others, and are generally not refundable once used.

6. Refunds

  • Used credits are not refundable.
  • Requests for refunds on unused credits may be reviewed case-by-case and must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • To request a refund (where eligible), email your company email with your transaction details and a brief reason for the request.

7. AI Image Generation & Important Notes

AI image generation on aiinteriorstudio.ai is delivered via a third-party AI service (Decor8.AI). Typical processing takes around 30–60 seconds, but timing can vary. To avoid interruptions, do not refresh or leave the page while processing is in progress. A valid upload is required, and completed results are saved to your dashboard for later access.

AI Output Disclaimer: You understand that outputs are created using third-party AI models and systems. AI results can differ from image to image and may not match your expectations. Output quality depends on factors such as your input photo, the chosen style, and technical limitations of AI.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated images will be accurate, suitable, or free from errors. You use the generation feature at your own discretion and risk.

8. Privacy

We take privacy seriously. When you use the Platform, we may collect:

  • Account details such as name and email
  • Usage and log information (e.g., IP address and login activity)
  • Uploaded images and preferences (sent to Decor8.AI to generate your results)
  • Payment-related metadata processed by PayPal and/or Stripe (we do not store your full payment card details)

We use this information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers only where needed to provide core functionality (for example: Clerk for authentication, Firebase for storage, NeonDB for database services, and Decor8.AI for AI processing), or where required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to support sessions, preferences, and authentication. You can disable cookies via your browser settings, but parts of the Platform may not work correctly.

Your content: You keep ownership of images you upload. By uploading content and using the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your uploads (including via our AI provider) and to store, display, and make accessible the AI-generated outputs linked to your account.

Please note: due to current Platform settings, your generated outputs may be visible to other users. We are working toward adding privacy controls. Do not upload sensitive or confidential material.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its code, branding, layout, and design, is owned by aiinteriorstudio.ai and/or its licensors. Except where allowed by law, you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written permission.

You retain rights in your original uploads and in the AI-generated images you create, subject to the license described in Section 8 and any necessary licenses required for us and Decor8.AI to process your content and deliver the service.

10. Liability Limits

  • We are not responsible for outages, downtime, or interruptions to the Platform or third-party services used by the Platform.
  • We are not liable for issues caused by third-party providers, including Decor8.AI, PayPal, Stripe, Clerk, Firebase, or NeonDB.
  • We disclaim liability for AI output quality, accuracy, or suitability, as described in Section 7.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we believe there is a breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform. You may close your account any time through your dashboard or by emailing your company email.

12. Disputes

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution by contacting each other via email. If the dispute is not resolved, the parties will attempt mediation in Sydney, Australia before commencing court proceedings (except where urgent legal relief is needed).

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any proceedings will be brought in the courts located in Sydney, NSW.

If you access the Platform from outside NSW or Australia, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws that apply to you.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where appropriate, we may notify you via email or through the Platform. Continued use after updates take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
